Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Period
We offer a 3-day return policy.
You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
2. When Returns Are Accepted
We accept returns only if:
- You received the wrong product, or
- The product is damaged or defective
3. Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and unworn
- The product must be in the same condition as when you received it
- Original packaging and tags must be included
- You must provide proof of purchase
- A complete unboxing video is required
The unboxing video must show:
- The sealed package being opened
- The product clearly
- The problem or damage
The video must be shared within 3 days of delivery.
4. When Returns Are Not Accepted
We cannot accept returns if:
- You ordered the wrong product
- You changed your mind
- You did not like the product
- The product is not damaged or defective
- The unboxing video is missing or incomplete
- The return request is made after 3 days of delivery
5. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us:
If your request is approved:
- We will send you return instructions
- You must send the product back as instructed
⚠️ Products sent without approval will not be accepted.
6. Damaged or Wrong Products
Please check your order when it arrives.
Contact us if:
- The product is damaged
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- You received the wrong item
All claims must include a clear unboxing video.
7. Replacement Policy
We do not provide direct replacements.
If you want another product:
- Request a return for the current item (if eligible)
- Place a new order separately
8. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled:
- Within 24 hours of placing the order, or
- Before the order is processed
Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
9. Refund Process
After we receive and check the returned item:
- We will inform you if the refund is approved or rejected
If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 3 working days
- The money may take 5–15 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
